We have been trying to upgrade the system so that you can get your mails faster and more efficiently.

With effect from this new launch, Room18 will now offer customers to option of a certificate of Posting ! This will be an added service and will be completely Free-of-charge*. Although we have established ourselves for the past year, we still find it very important to continue maintaining high levels of trust between customers and ourselves.

Lost nomal mail does happen. And it is almost Impossible for us to track your parcels at all. This is why we offer registered mail at only an additional $2 and absorb the rest of the costs. If you thought that we make money from reminding you to top u the additional $2 for reg mail. You are really wrong. In fact registered mail costs an average of about $4. But we really do not mind absorbing the extra costs as long as the parcel reaches you safely.

We need customers to understand that it’s not easy when cases of lost mail happen. And there is almost no where that we can proof that we have sent out the mail just like we cannot prove that you really did not receive your mail. So we do hope this new value-added service will save us all the little discrepancies :)
